When do I get paid? +
Payment happens after your referral makes their first payment. We split the fee — you and your referral each get half, rounded up. That's $10 each on the $19 plan, up to $95 each on the $189 plan. We Venmo you within a few business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when we send it.
How does the tracking actually work? +
Your QR code encodes a unique referral ID. When someone scans it and fills out a trial signup, we capture their office phone number — which is how we match them to an account when the dentist signs up. Your referral ID stays attached to their record permanently.
What if they scan my code but don't sign up right away? +
No problem. The referral link is stored permanently. As long as they used your QR code when they first signed up for a trial, you'll be credited when they convert — even weeks later.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make? +
No limit. Refer as many practices as you like. Each conversion pays you and the new practice — up to $95 each depending on their plan.
